Behavior Consultations (BCBA)
Behavior Consultations are conducted by the BCBA. The consultation is to develop a clear definition of the behavior problem(s), evaluate why the behavior is happening, develop treatment goals, and to design a method for tracking and evaluating how effective the treatment is.
Staff Coaching & Training
Staff coaching and training sessions are conducted by the BCBA. This can be in the form of presentations, webinars, small-groups, and in a school/daycare/workplace environment. RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) training can be provided as well.
Parent Coaching & Training
Parent coaching and training sessions are conducted by the BCBA in order to help set goals/objectives that are applicable in every-day life situations (i.e. child will not sit and eat dinner, teenager will not clean her room, etc).
Observation and Assessments in Home/Daycare/School settings
Observations and asssessments are conducted by the BCBA in the home/daycare/school setting to evaluate an individuals overall functioning. A detailed report is provided. Treatment and programming is tailored based on these observations. Some of the assessments that can be conducted include the ABLLS/VB-MAPP/PEAK/ESDM/Functional Behaviour Assessments
Individualized ABA/IBI Therapy and programming based on individual's needs
Individualized 1:1 ABA/IBI therapy sessions can be provided by a therapist in a variety of settings. Programming/Supervision will be provided by the BCBA and the 1:1 therapy will be provided by an ABA Therapist.
Academic tutoring based on ABA principles
Individualized 1:1 remote tutoring sessions using principles of ABA (positive reinforcement and breaking skills down into the simplest component) can be provided remotely. This service is provided by a certified teacher for children from preschool - grade 6.
